Veterinary Technicians:
Brittany (Operations Manager):
Brittany loves helping animals. She enjoys working in all areas of the veterinary field, from surgery to client education. Brittany joined our team in June of 2008. Before that she lived in Las Vegas where she worked at a clinic for 2 years. She plans to continue her education in the animal field. Her own animal pack includes Dogs: Cedar & Zeus, Cats: Leo & Charlie.
Ericka: Ericka has worked in the pet care industry for over 10 years in various forms, including dog trainer and pet sitter, but found her true calling as a veterinary technician in 2006. She loves all animals, except spiders! She has a full menagerie including a doberman named Scooby, rat terrier named Rat, two cats: Princess and Minion, and two bunnies: Bugs and Brownie. In her spare time Ericka loves reading, movies and dancing and is continuing her education to become a registered veterinary technician.
Kelly: A team member since 2010, Kelly has worked all over South Central Texas as a veterinary technician. Her hankering for travel keeps her ability to own pets at a minimum, but her love for them stretches back to childhood when she told her mom that she wanted to be a duck!
Caroline:
Jeremy:
Receptionists:
Elise: Elise joined the team at Circle C Animal Hospital in the summer of 2011. She graduated with a BS in Animal Science from the University of Hawaii in 2005 and enjoys being able to continue her work in the animal health industry. Before starting at Circle C Animal Hospital she ran her own pet sitting business here in Austin. Elise satisfied her wanderlust by living in places such as Colorado, Northern California and Hawaii as well as traveling to exotic locales such as Indonesia. She now lives in Central Austin with her rescued pug and adopted lab. Her favorite things are taking her dogs for long walks on the greenbelt, soy chai lattes and sampling new food from local food trailers.

Josinda: Josinda is one of the newest members of our team, joining in late summer 2011. A Maryland native, she moved to Austin after earning her degree in Psychology and Women's Studies. Though working with animals is a new venture, greeting clients and their precious pets is very enjoyable for her! Josinda spends her time with her black lab mix, Samantha, who keeps her constantly moving! They stay active with adventures along Town Lake, hikes and frequent trips to the coast. Josinda loves visiting with our clients, so feel free to drop in any time and say hello!
Alexandra: Alexandra is a 2011 college graduate and new resident of Austin. With a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, working in the veterinary field is not something she imagined doing, but she loves tackling the challenges that come with succeeding in an entirely new field. When she is not at the hospital, Alexandra enjoys doing yoga, playing the drums, exploring the city, and discovering new music. She is an avid dog-lover and has a sweet dachshund mix named Lucy. She is very excited to be living in Austin and working with the wonderful staff at Circle C Animal Hospital.
Clinic Residents:
Mars the Greyhound:
Mars was rescued from a Greyhound
racing facility and has "worked" as a blood donor dog for the last
several years. He loves hanging out under the front desk and especially
likes meeting other Greyhounds that are coming to the clinic. He is a
very sweet and loving dog and is proud to have saved many, many lives
over the years!
Homer the Cat: Homer was adopted from a local shelter in April of 2010 and loves all aspects of being a clinic cat. He can most often be found lounging across the front receptionist desk where he is sure to be noticed (and lovingly scratched) by all arriving clients!
Winslow the Cat: Winslow was adopted with Homer and couldn't be more different than his brother! A bit more wary of strangers, his favorite spot is tucked away in the Doctor's office, where he can supervise the clinic's daily activities from a distance. Winslow is a very sweet and loving cat--even though he looks like he's in a permanent grumpy mood!
Jack the Cat:
Jack was adopted by the Rafferty Family as a newborn kitten. After being a house cat for a number of years he requested a transfer to the clinic so that he could receive more attention during the day. He loves to visit with clients and their pets or hang out in the back treatment area where he can supervise the technicians and doctors!
**Note: Jack passed away in March 2010 due to complications from a severe respiratory infection. We will miss our handsome boy!!
